Full Residential Takeoffs
Full residential takeoffs are based on the square footage of the developed area listed on your plans and includes one standard elevation style. Our standard pricing is $0.30 per developed square footage. Additional elevations, model options and changes from the main plan will be quoted separately. Please contact our team to receive a quote specific to your project.
Trade Contractors & Subtrades
Due to the wide-ranging scope of work of individual trade contractors and subtrades, we do not have a standard price. All takeoffs for trade contractors, subtrades and anyone requiring our services, not including full residential takeoffs, will be quoted on a job by job basis. Please contact our team to discuss your needs and how we can meet them.
Payment Options
At this time, Lot 17 Takeoffs accepts payments via e-Transfer.
